Reltronic does not collect, receive or process patient data through the NeuSymbol platform. The platform operates on equipment inside the institutions that hold clinical records. Patient information is not transmitted to Reltronic and is not accessible to Reltronic personnel. This policy therefore concerns website visitors and business contacts only.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry we collect your name, work email address, organization, role, organization type and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Standard server log information: IP address, browser type, pages requested and referring page. We use a privacy-respecting measure of page views. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not permit third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to arrange and conduct a briefing, to maintain a record of business correspondence, and to operate and secure the website. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal bases, where GDPR or comparable law applies
Legitimate interests, for responding to business inquiries and securing our website. Consent, where you have given it for optional communications, which you may withdraw at any time. Legal obligation, where retention is required.
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is retained for three years from last contact, then deleted. Server logs are retained for ninety days. Where a commercial relationship exists, records are retained for the term of the agreement plus the period required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to client@reltronic.com. We respond within thirty days. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.
International transfers
Reltronic is based in the United States. Where you contact us from outside the United States, your inquiry is transferred there. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers where required.
Subprocessors
We use a small number of service providers for website hosting, email and inquiry handling. A current list is available on request and is published in our Trust Center.
Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege administration to the systems holding business contact information. Report a suspected vulnerability to client@reltronic.com.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We will post any change here and update the effective date. Material changes will be notified to active business contacts.
