It does not apply to patient data or Protected Health Information (PHI). Reltronic’s diagnostic infrastructure ("Sovereign Nodes") operates under separate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and Data Use Agreements (DUAs) with our health system partners. We do not collect, store, or process patient medical records through this public website.
